![]() ![]() ![]() Select Configure Krita and press the right arrow key in the middle of the window, or drag Configure Krita into the left hand side. I'm aware there's a similar issue like with a circle showing up and whatever, but that's not the issue because I had that and then resolved it. Go to Settings>Configure Krita If Configure Krita is not an option under the settings bar, go to Settings>Configure Toolbars>mainToolBar and scroll down until you see Configure Krita in the lefthand side. I can use the scroll bar on websites just fine without any lag, so I'm sure this is a problem with Krita. I tested it in Paint and there was no lag there. I really need help, as I've finally felt inspired but I can't finish my project with the quality I want if this keeps happening. Due to this, how Krita organizes where it stores all the data can really speed up Krita while painting, just like having an organized artist’s workplace can really speed up. It's made it difficult to gauge how far my pen has moved and when I finally go the distance for it to allow me to actually draw something, a straight line will be drawn from the point I started from to the point it finally allowed me to draw. Krita, as a painting program, juggles a lot of data around, like the brushes you use, the colors you picked, but primarily, each pixel in your image. This is especially annoying when I have to work on small details or want to carefully move something the slightest bit. Whether it be adjusting the size of the pen or just drawing, unless I move a certain distance, nothing will be drawn. I bring this up because after this event there's now lag with any interaction I have with Krita that involves making a stroke. ![]() I was drawing normally with my Wacom Intuos Art Small tablet until everything sort of froze like things were having a meltdown, but it was eventually fixed. ![]()
